5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the rights to the final design. Dream & Design retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Revisions

We offer a set number of revisions based on the project scope outlined in the agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

7. Confidentiality

Dream & Design agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose or share any data without consent unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dream & Design will not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dream & Design operates.

11. Amendments

Dream & Design reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is the client’s responsibility to review them periodically.
